FAQ & Policies

Return Policy

We understand that not everyone is comfortable purchasing a dress online, sight unseen. Therefore, we do our best to make our return policy friendly and accessible. All of our dresses are fully refundable within ten days of receipt, minus shipping costs, provided they are not special orders or custom cut. This gives you the opportunity to see a dress before making a permanent commitment.

FAQ

Can I order a fabric swatch?

Yes! Simply go to the product page for the dress you're interested in and select "Complementary Fabric Swatch" in the size column. Select your color and add to cart. Feel free to order more than one color.

How long will it take for me to get my dress?

Our typical lead time is eight weeks for a dress that is not in stock. If you need a dress in less than eight weeks, please contact us directly. On most occasions we can apply a rush fee for those emergency situations

What if I love my dress but it doesn't fit quite right?

Your satisfaction is our priority and we will work with you until you get the perfect fit. You can send the dress back to us and we'll do the alterations, or you can take the dress to a qualified bridal tailor.

How should I choose the correct size? How should I measure myself?

Waist: Measure around the natural waistline. Be sure to keep the tape measure comfortably loose.

Hip / Seat: Place tape measure below your waist and measure the fullest part of your hips.

Shoulder to tip of breast (1): Measure from the top center of the shoulder to the center tip of the breast.

Shoulders (2): Measure from the top outside of the shoulders (shoulder seam) across the back.

Scythe (5) (armhole): Measure under the arm and over the top of the shoulder loosely

Back Waist (6) / Waist to hem (7): Measure from the nape at the back of the neck to the natural waist line. Then mark this spot , it is the starting point for the Waist to Floor measurement. Combine, these measurements should equal the shoulder to floor measurement.
